| Art Jemez is a federal non-profit organization and doesn't transact any business nor take any commissions on art sold by the artists displayed on the website. If someone wishes to buy artwork, they must contact the artist directly. If someone needs assistance in contacting the artist that they are interested in, please email us. Art Jemez is a diverse coalition of New Mexico artists. We are based in the Jemez Corridor, but our membership includes artists from around our beautiful state.
New Mexico: An inspiring place of pure color, where artists live, work, and draw inspiration from their various surroundings.
From the vertical cliffs of northern and central New Mexico, colored every shade of red in the palette - ochre, sienna, vermillion - to the white sands of southern New Mexico. Swaths of verdigris run through our state, our rivers, lined with green cottonwoods in the summer. In the fall, these bosques turn an intense yellow, topped with clear cerulean skies by day and endless stars by night.
Sculptors, painters and artists from many mediums and from many parts of the world call this colorful state their home.
